About the Opportunity
An international technology company is looking for PCBA Diagnostic Engineers to join a global project supporting a major technology client.
This is a unique opportunity for engineers with hands-on experience in electronics, PCBA diagnostics, troubleshooting, and failure analysis to gain international experience in Hungary and the United States.
The project begins with a 3-month assignment in Hungary, where you will work alongside an international technical team focused on the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and analysis of electronic boards and PCBAs.
All major living and travel expenses during the Hungary assignment will be covered.
Upon successful completion of the Hungary assignment, there is an opportunity to continue the project in Louisville, Kentucky, USA, with an annual salary of $52,000 USD and TN Visa sponsorship, subject to applicable immigration requirements and project continuity.
Compensation & Benefits:
HU PHASE 1 – HUNGARY | 3 MONTHS
- $38,000 – $40,000 MXN per month

Compensation during this phase will be paid in Mexican pesos under an independent contractor/freelance fee-based arrangement.
US PHASE 2 – LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY
- $4,160 - $4,400.0 USD per Month
- TN Visa Sponsorship
- Opportunity to continue the project in the United States
What You Will Do
- Diagnose and troubleshoot PCBAs and electronic boards.
- Identify and isolate failures at the circuit and component level.
- Perform electrical tests and measurements to identify root causes.
- Analyze abnormal behavior and failure symptoms in electronic boards.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
- Use diagnostic and electronic measurement equipment.
- Measure and analyze voltage, current, resistance, continuity, and electrical signals.
- Apply systematic troubleshooting methodologies.
- Document failures, diagnostic procedures, measurements, and results.
- Work closely with engineering and technical teams to identify and resolve electronic failures.
Required Technical Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Degree certificate and Professional License are required.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and diagnosing PCBAs, electronic boards, or motherboards.
- Strong understanding of analog and digital electronics.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and PCB layouts.
- Experience using: Digital multimeters, Oscilloscopes or DC power supplies, Electronic testing and diagnostic equipment Knowledge of electrical measurements and signal analysis.
- Ability to troubleshoot at the circuit and component level.
- Advanced English proficiency – required.
- Willingness to travel and live in Hungary for 3 months.
- Willingness to subsequently work in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
