We are looking for a Video Editor – Content Operations to join our growing Americas organization and support the execution of engaging digital content and live-streaming initiatives.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines basic creative/video skills with strong execution, organization and coordination abilities.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with Project Managers to execute content programming activities, including asset creation, promotional scheduling, campaign support and basic content recording.
- Support the planning and execution of live broadcasts, themed campaigns, interactive events and other content initiatives.
- Create and edit entry-level video and multimedia assets for digital platforms and livestreaming activities.
- Support basic graphic design, livestream visuals, screen recording, livestream setup and other multimedia production needs.
- Execute operational activities across different user groups and content channels while ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
- Break down larger projects into actionable tasks and independently follow through to completion.
- Proactively monitor deadlines, identify pending actions and communicate potential issues or delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators to support campaigns, events and content delivery.
- Support both online and offline content initiatives and event production when required.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Support weekend operations when required by business needs.
What We're Looking For Required
- Previous experience in video editing, content production, social media, digital content, mobile apps or livestreaming.
- Basic hands-on video editing skills and familiarity with at least one editing or creative tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva or similar.
- Strong execution and follow-through skills.
- Excellent organization, time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (min. 80% speaking) and Spanish.
- Interest in digital content, social platforms, livestreaming and online communities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change quickly.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends when required.
Preferred
- Previous experience in livestreaming or digital content operations.
- Experience working with mobile applications or content platforms.
- Experience with event planning or event production.
- Basic graphic design or motion/animation experience.
- Experience working with creators, influencers, streamers or online communities.
- Experience in Key Account Management within the financial or insurance industries is a plus.
Schedule
This position follows a rotating schedule:
A Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
B Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
Employees have two days off per week, which are not necessarily Saturday and Sunday.
Weekend availability is required according to business needs.
Work Model
Hybrid: 4 days working from the office + 1 day working from home.
