Responsibilities:
Security Operations:

Provides daily administrative and operational support for asset protection programs across the Juarez facilities.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for the contract security provider by monitoring daily staff performance, coordinating weekly schedules, and training as needed.

Acts as the initial contact for security systems service providers by documenting and escalating local security system issues, conducting routine checks, maintaining records, and coordinating service requests.

During emergency response, provides support and coordinates local resources.

Drafts initial security incident reports, compiles status updates, maintains local documentation, and coordinates security support for overtime coverage and special events as needed.
Risk Management:
- Data collection and reporting to support local risk mitigation and physical security assessments.
- Collaborates with EHS to support evacuation and emergency response efforts, including drills.
- During active incidents, provides dedicated administrative support to the Regional Crisis Management Team and Global Security.
Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures:

Provides administrative support and coordination for the Security Operations program by reviewing, organizing, versioning, tracking, and distributing security operations standards, procedures, work instructions, and emergency response plans.
Compliance:
-
Supports the company’s compliance with security-related regulatory requirements, including Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and the Authorized Economic Operator Program (OEA), by maintaining security protocols and documentation.
Security Awareness and Training:

Helps foster a security-conscious workplace culture by promoting situational awareness and sharing information related to site security operations and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

Bilingual in Spanish and English required, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages

Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in physical security operations, contract security services, security systems, investigations, emergency response, or related security programs.

Basic working knowledge of the Mexico security environment and practical risk mitigation measures preferred

Basic working knowledge of local laws, regulations, and security-related compliance expectations is preferred.

Familiarity with Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), Authorized Economic Operator (AEO), Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA), or supply chain security within a manufacturing environment preferred

Good judgment, attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, preferred.
