DXC is looking for a Manager Software Engineering — UX/UI Manager to support our Sales and Marketing IT organization. This role is responsible for designing the user experience and user interface of new releases across multiple applications and platforms.
The ideal candidate is technology-agnostic and can navigate both business processes and tech/product limitations while driving intuitive interfaces that support user adoption. * A portfolio demonstrating previous UX/UI work is required.*
- Design user experiences and interfaces for new releases across multiple applications and platforms supporting Sales and Marketing
- Define and maintain UX/UI standards ensuring consistency across all platforms and a cohesive user experience
- Navigate business process requirements and technical limitations to create designs that are both feasible and intuitive
- Drive user adoption through interfaces that minimize friction, reduce training needs, and make complex processes simple
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications using Figma and other design tools
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate prototyping and enhance design workflows
- Conduct usability assessments and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve experiences
- Apply UX/UI best practices and standards (accessibility, responsive design, interaction patterns) to ensure professional, enterprise-grade interfaces
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise applications
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
- Experience with AI-powered design and prototyping tools
- Portfolio required demonstrating previous UX/UI work across enterprise platforms
- Understanding of technology constraints and how they inform design decisions
- Technology-agnostic approach — able to design across different platforms and technology stacks
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
- Strong negotiation skills — balances business demands, user needs, and technical constraints effectively
- User-centric mindset — champions the end-user experience while respecting platform limitations
- Collaborative — works effectively with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
