POSITION OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a Talent partner who will support the deployment and sustainment strategies for the talent programs of our manufacturing site located in Queretaro. As part of your role, you’ll be responsible to monitor the talent programs impacts and performance to identify improvement opportunities to ensure these programs are fully integrated, adopted, and continuously improved. The ideal candidate will work closely with HRBPs, senior leaders, and with the Talent Center of excellence (CoE).
ROLE & RESPONSABILITIES:
Lead the deployment of talent programs , such as the engagement measure tool for direct labor employees and supervisors’ leadership journey .
Oversee program logistics, timeline and resources required for successful program implementation.
Work closely with senior leaders and HRBPs to align talent programs with business objectives in line with local legal requirements and to meet local needs.
Develop and implement engagement and communication plans to drive adoption and long-term participation among employees, HRBPs, and leaders.
Implement strategies to sustain talent programs post-deployment, ensuring a long-term adoption and effectiveness.
Stay up to date with best practices for deployment of talent programs for plant employees.
Monitor program impacts and performance by collaborating closely with the Talent Center of excellence (CoE) to identify improvement opportunities.
Plan and manage talent deployment budget for your respective region
Ensure all talent programs comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and organizational policies.
Support Global Talent initiatives as needed.
TECHNI CAL SKILLS:
Demonstrated project management ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners at all levels.
Excellent analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Capable of driving change initiatives and ensuring successful adoption of new talent practices
Bilingual (Spanish and English) to facilitate working with international partners.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor: Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
Professional experience 5 years or more in HR, Talent management or program implementation / project management role.
Intermediate advanced English
Project management in fast pace environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills / Excel & PowerBi
