Aptiv is seeking Software Team Leader ( STL ) for its User experience and Safety products . Our STL manages a team of embedded software engineers and experts to design, develop, and validate Automotive Electronic Control systems, followi ng ASPICE compliance processes, to enhance vehicle safety and user experience. You’ll be building and working with team of highly motivated embedded software engineers on various automotive technologies that enhances driver experience, have the power to prevent accidents and save lives .
I dentify and establish the key skills required for each of the roles needed within the team, together with their level. Make sure that the skills gaps are immediately addressed through appropriate formal and on the job training, internal transfers or external hiring activities

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (electrical, systems, computer science, software, computer science)
