We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Delivery Manager AI to lead the design, development and deployment of cutting-edge AI and agent-based solutions for our clients. This role involves bridging technical expertise with business needs to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet enterprise demands.
Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of AI and agent-based solutions from initial discovery to production readiness

Define scalable architectures for custom agents, AI integrations and cloud-native AI applications

Collaborate with engineers, architects, data scientists, analysts and product stakeholders to ensure alignment and technical excellence

Translate client requirements into actionable technical designs and implementation plans

Provide leadership for solutions using platforms such as Google ADK, Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock or AgentCore
-
Ensure the development of custom agents aligns with performance, scalability and integration requirements with enterprise systems
-
Resolve complex issues spanning AI layers, cloud platforms and systems integration
-
Drive architectural decisions for LLM applications, including areas like memory, context handling and observability
-
Partner with delivery and client teams to align on strategies, timelines and risk mitigation
-
Act as a bridge between pre-sales and implementation phases to ensure seamless execution
-
Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders in USA-based engagements
-
Contribute to reusable patterns, accelerators and best practices for enterprise AI solutions
Requirements
-
At least 2 years of experience in leading technical design, solution architecture or delivery roles
-
Knowledge of AI, ML and cloud-based enterprise solution patterns

Proficiency in Python programming

Background in working with AWS or GCP cloud platforms

Familiarity with modern AI approaches, specifically LLM-based applications
-
Expertise in systems integration, APIs and scalable architectures

Capability to lead cross-functional, agile teams in distributed environments

Strong communication and client-facing skills tailored for USA-based stakeholders
-
Analytical skills to troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges

Knowledge of distributed systems, scalable architecture and solution evolution

Familiarity with RAG, MCP and A2A concepts
