Role Summary:
The Manager, Audiences & Data Strategy serves as the strategic, technical, and analytical architect responsible for directing, governing, and measuring the data-driven audience ecosystem across Colgate Latin America brands. Sitting at the critical convergence of AdTech, MarTech, and paid media execution, this role owns the complete First-Party Data (1PD) lifecycle. As the regional business owner for the central marketing stack (CDP, DMP, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud), this position drives full-funnel programmatic and paid social media strategy to transform data streams into automated, actionable commercial insights. This is an exciting opportunity to scale regional media segmentation and shape the future of privacy-safe data collaboration within a leading global CPG environment.
Responsibilities:
-
Drive regional media segmentation and audience strategy across digital channels, while supervising external agency partners responsible for programmatic trading desks and social media platform implementation.
-
Govern the regional First-Party Data (1PD) lifecycle by establishing data acquisition playbooks, managing progressive profiling within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and advancing privacy-safe targeting parameters within Data Clean Rooms.
-
Enforce standard campaign and placement taxonomy via central management tools (such as Claravine and MediaTools) to ensure 100% data integration compliance and eliminate manual data purification across local hubs.
-
Optimize central database storage pipelines (including Datorama/Marketing Cloud Intelligence and Data Warehouses) to build automated reporting templates that shift agency focus toward strategic data analysis.
-
Serve as the regional platform lead for enterprise Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Data Management Platforms (DMP) to maximize profile-stitching, audience match rates, and syndication speed.
-
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including the Retail Media Manager, local brand teams, and Global IT—to align target media dimensions with core corporate business goals and audit regional AdTech health.
Required Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a business-adjacent engineering field.
-
5+ years of progressive experience managing data-driven media buying, programmatic operations, or technical CRM architectures
-
Experience within a network media agency trading desk or multi-market regional strategies for a multinational environment.
-
Demonstrated experience in project management.
-
Profound technical understanding of digital marketing tools including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Facebook Ads, and Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
-
Advanced level of English
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Technical proficiency in MySQL data querying and relational databases.
-
Experience leading, upskilling, and managing cross-functional teams
-
Strong data-driven and analytical mindset with the proven ability to translate complex insights into measurable business results.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data infrastructure information to diverse business stakeholders.
