You will work on a balanced product team and collaborate with product managers, product designers, software engineers, and product owners to release software early and often. You will be responsible for the development, testing, debugging, documentation and deployment of new software or enhancements to existing code to improve and/or maintain frontend and backend applications
Develops software that delivers user stories that contribute to a valuable working software for Ford and Lincoln brand sites products.
Develops unit tests with working software, to confirm software functionality according to functional and non-functional requirements.
Develops functional tests to confirm user story acceptance and to detect regression defects.
Collaborate directly and continuously with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize deliverables geared towards a business and user value-driven approach with a continuous improvement and innovative mindset.
Participate in highly collaborative practices, including:
Agentic Development
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
Security practices (SAST/DAST)
Use of monitoring, logging, and tracing tools (Dynatrace, etc.)
Engage in Agile practices including, but not limited to, Stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint demos, and journey mapping.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field
Minimum 2 years Experience as AEM / AEM Cloud developer and frontend web technologies
1 years Experience in React / Spring boot
Good understanding of code versioning tools and techniques, and automated build / release solutions
Good understanding of design and Agile processes, culture, best practices, and techniques
Fluent English
