In order to support its growth in NAM region, ATEME is recruiting a Senior Project Manager.
Mission
In this role, you will play a key part in leading strategic customer deployment projects across the NAM region, ensuring successful delivery, system integration, and operational handover of ATEME's cutting-edge video delivery solutions. Acting as the primary point of contact for complex customer initiatives, you will drive project execution, maintain ownership of project advancement, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams supporting mission-critical streaming environments.
Main Responsibilities
Own and drive strategic customer projects
Maintain ownership of project advancement with strategic customers, ensuring the highest level of responsiveness and availability throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the customer's primary point of contact for complex, large-scale deployment initiatives.
Establish and monitor project schedules with customers, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
Track questions, issues, and action items raised during the project and drive them to resolution.
Run regular steering meetings and provide internal and external project progress reports.
Ensure projects adhere to the highest quality, performance, and reliability standards.
Identify and proactively mitigate project risks while escalating issues when appropriate.
Coordinate cross-functional execution
Support local Sales and Engineering teams in managing strategic customer initiatives.
Coordinate and track actions across multiple internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery against long-term objectives.
Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success Managers, Support & Deployment Engineers, and Product teams as part of a Key Account structure.
Coordinate with ecosystem partners to resolve interoperability challenges and facilitate successful integrations.
Bridge technical and business stakeholders to align expectations and drive decision-making.
Operate in dynamic environments
Support multiple concurrent projects within fast-paced, customer-facing, and mission-critical environments.
Demonstrate adaptability, sound judgment, and strong organizational skills while leading small, dynamic project teams.
Travel internationally as required to support customer and project needs (approximately 30–50%).
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Recognized Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent) and/or significant experience delivering complex technical deployment or integration projects.
Proven experience managing international customer projects within broadcast, media delivery, streaming, SaaS, cloud, telecom, or video technology environments.
Demonstrated experience serving as the lead point of contact for strategic customers managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and risk management capabilities.
Ability to work independently, remain proactive, and coordinate small dynamic project teams.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously within customer-facing and mission-critical environments.
Ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders and translate complex topics into actionable decisions.
Willingness to travel internationally as required (30–50%).
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of video compression and distribution architectures, including DTH, DTT, IPTV, OTT, CDN, VoD, and DVR.
Knowledge of Linux, Docker, Kubernetes (K8S), and public/private cloud infrastructures.
Experience working closely with Pre-Sales, Sales, Customer Success Managers, Support & Deployment Engineers, and Product teams within a Key Account structure.
Experience within media, broadcast, streaming, or video delivery industries.
Fluent verbal and written communication in English.

Salary & Benefits:
Compensation: USD $85,000–$100,000 total compensation package, including base salary and potential incentives
Work Environment: Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote work
Location: Naucalpan (Mexico City Metropolitan Area)
