Job Description:
As a Continuous Improvement Engineer (CIE) in Order Engineering, you will be part of the core team driving our NAM transformation. The CIE collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes, driving efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and cost savings.
This role also serves as a key team member, supporting issue resolution, and front-facing engagements while ensuring collaboration with cross .fucntional team. In addition, the CIE supports team strategy, Value engineering & Kaizen deployments to accelerate value delivery and adoption of standard work.
We are seeking a skilled professional with 3–5 years of experience in continuous/process improvement who brings strong business acumen, workshop facilitation excellence, and hands-on CI expertise.
Key Respoonsabilities
Manages the Process/Continuous improvement within order engineering team to support Customer Satisfaction and Quality.
Leads the Quality Performance operations and ensuring operating strategies and procedures are aligned with general company goals and in accordance with quality performance activities.
Develop strategy and identify opportunity for continuous improvement within their region or Business.
Implement continuous improvement by using “Lean Six Sigma” and others methodologies
Work collaboratively with related functions to ensure all methods / processes deliver the expected benefit to customers and business bottom line.
Coordinate the implementation of agreed changes and monitor to ensure they are robust and sustainable.
Coach the teams to ensure that the organization is highly motivated and competent and lives the quality and process improvement culture.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt certification or formal Black Belt training strongly preferred

Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement, Lean, or operational excellence initiatives

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple improvement projects end‑to‑end

Proven ability to act as a change catalyst, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working

Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leadership

Transformational leadership mindset with a track record of building a culture of continuous improvement

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities

Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
