In this role, you will be responsible for auditing and logging customs entries for the LEA organization to ensure compliance with U S Customs and Border Protection recordkeeping regulations
You will also be responsible for reporting findings from auditing
What makes you great
You have a University degree in business administration, international trade, supply chain, logistics, or a comparable field
You also have import compliance experience as it is helpful but not mandatory and can be developed through structured onboarding
You speak English fluently (written and spoken)
Ability to document findings clearly and communicate deviations in a structured and neutral manner
Strong affinity for processes, controls, and documentation
High attention to detail and structured way of working
Basic understanding of import processes and customs documentation (entry summaries, invoices, classifications, etc.) is an advantage
Willingness to learn internal systems, compliance tools, and regulatory frameworks
You also have a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality
Ability to work independently after initial onboarding
Analytical mindset with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
Comfortable working with checklists, audit trails, and validations
Reliable follow-up and tracking of open issues
Availability: 20 hours per week initially, with option to increase depending on workload and maturity
Ability to work with global stakeholders across different time zones
