Requisitos
- Escolaridad: Ing / Lic en Sistemas, o Similar
- Experiencia: +5-8 años de experiencia en Desarrollo .NET
- Inglés: Conversacional
- Modalidad: Hibrido (4 días HO/1 día Oficinas)

Profile Summary
Senior .NET Developer with strong experience designing and building end-to-end enterprise applications using .NET 10, C#, and Blazor, following Clean Architecture principles. Proven ability to develop scalable backend services and rich UI experiences, with solid expertise in SQL best practices and performance optimization. Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Azure DevOps.

- .NET & Full-Stack (Enfoque en Blazor)

- Expert in C# and .NET (6–10)
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- ◦ Blazor Server & WebAssembly
- ◦ Razor components and UI composition
- ◦ Experience integrating frontend and backend in a unified .NET stack
- ◦ REST API development with ASP.NET Core
- Strong implementation of Clean Architecture (Domain, Application, Infrastructure, Presentation layers)
- Domain-driven design (DDD) practices
- Ability to design maintainable and testable systems
- SQL & Data (Good Practices Focus)
- Strong experience with SQL Server
- Applies SQL best practices:
- ◦ Optimized queries (joins, indexes, CTEs)
- ◦ Query performance analysis (execution plans)
- ◦ Efficient data access patterns
- ORM and data tools:
- ◦ Entity Framework Core
- ◦ Dapper
- · Solid understanding of:
- ◦ Transactions
- ◦ Data consistency
- ◦ Pagination and large dataset handling
- Azure DevOps & Deployment
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines:
- ◦ Build and release pipelines (CI/CD)
- ◦ Automated deployments to environments
- Familiar with:
- ◦ Git repository management
- ◦ Environment configuration and secrets handling
- Basic exposure to:
- ◦ Azure App Services / Containers
- ◦ Monitoring and logging in Azure
- ◦ Engineering Practices
- ◦ Unit and integration testing (xUnit, Moq, FluentAssertions)
- ◦ Code reviews and mentoring
- ◦ Agile/Scrum methodologies
- ◦ Logging and observability (Serilog, Application Insights)
Key Responsibilities
- Implement full-stack solutions using .NET and Blazor
- Build clean, scalable architecture aligned with best practices
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and database interactions
- Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and product teams
