What you will enjoy doing*
In this role, you will use company business system, SAP MM, SupplierConnect platform, other available tools to provide Purchase Order (PO) confirmation report to Project Execution Team and procurement leaders using the SupplierConnect platform
Additionally, you will obtain the signed PO confirmation from the Seller without undue delay and without any objection of the Seller; if the Buyer does not receive the PO confirmation within reasonable time (as per PO) it is the responsibility of the Purchasing Support Analyst to expedite its immediate receipt
You will facilitate communication with Suppliers in case of any risk associated with potential delays or roadblocks during PO confirmation process
Contacting suppliers actively in case of late/missed PO acknowledgement in the SupplierConnect system or other accepted ways will be part of your role
Further, you will support Buyers with the procurement of tactical/small materials, engineering, and/or services in a timely manner by utilizing frame agreements or sources at the lowest evaluated cost and delivery
Follow procurement standards and quality systems and focuses on compliance with procurement work processes
Developing strong working relationships with all procurement and engineering departments as required and may assist with invoicing or management of accounts receivable for affiliates for goods and/or services procured on their behalf is part of your role
What makes you great
You have a BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and customer service/helpdesk/education
carrier experience, as it is required for this role
Additionally, you have two (2) years’ experience in customer service/helpdesk/education carrier tasks
Proven records of successful delivery of trainings/educational classes/technical consultancy
Effective computer skills; Microsoft Office Software, excellent skills in Excel. SAP MM and other are required
Company and discipline specific software applications preferred
Full proficiency in English is required for this role
You have effective analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as organization skills including the ability to prioritize and plan work
Further, you must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Lastly, you must be comfortable providing coaching and educational support to internal and external
customers
