- Manage and support labor relations activities to promote a respectful and legally compliant work environment.
- Address and follow up on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, conflicts, complaints, and employee inquiries.
- Apply disciplinary processes in accordance with internal policies and labor laws.
- Prepare, review, and maintain labor documentation such as employment contracts, disciplinary records, agreements, and termination documentation.
- Support voluntary and involuntary separations, including terminations, severance, and settlements in compliance with labor regulations.
- Advise supervisors and managers on labor relations topics, personnel management, and policy application.
- Support labor inspections and participate in internal and external audits.
- Assist with the communication and enforcement of company policies, code of conduct, and internal work rules.
- Track and analyze labor relations indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and disciplinary trends.
- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely calculation of wages, deductions, benefits, and special payments.
- Validate payroll inputs and incidents including attendance, overtime, bonuses, deductions, leave, disabilities, and vacation.
- Ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations related to payroll.
- Coordinate employee hires, terminations, and employment changes with relevant institutions and internal systems.
- Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and updated employee records (physical and electronic files).
- Generate payroll and headcount reports for audits, finance, and management.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and proper handling of employee and payroll information.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in labor, payroll, and internal compliance audits.
- Strong knowledge of labor relations and employment law.
- Payroll administration experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, Law, or related field.
- Previous experience in labor relations and payroll administration.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and time & attendance controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
