What you will do
The Indirect Channel Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to develop and service national and key accounts, ensuring business sales objectives are consistently met and exceeded. This role drives results through effective planning, performance monitoring, customer relationship management, and the execution of innovative channel strategies.
You will oversee sales forecasts, quota assignments, budget management, and performance tracking, while proactively identify opportunities and implement corrective actions to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the development and servicing of national and key accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Spearhead the design and execution of innovative strategies to expand and optimize indirect sales channels, driving sustainable revenue growth.
Monitor sales forecasts and actual performance, present results, insights, and recommended adjustments to senior management.
Propose and implement changes to business plans to ensure objectives are achieved.
Design and manage incentive programs, contests, and ad hoc initiatives to motivate and drive team performance.
Establish, manage, and optimize the departmental budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Review and approve sales quotas and account assignments to maximize coverage and productivity.
Continuously monitor sales progress and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
Consolidate and analyze periodic sales reports to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Present strategic recommendations and plan adjustments to senior leadership.
Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Manage team staffing, development, training, and performance evaluations to build a high-performing organization.
Coordinate territory planning and sales distribution strategies to optimize market penetration.
Leverage market intelligence and analytics to inform data-driven decisions and enhance channel effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key and senior-level customers and partners.
Represent the company in trade shows and industry events to strengthen brand visibility.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
Required Qualifications:
8–10 years of progressive experience in sales or commercial leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Solid understanding of sales processes, channel management, and customer engagement.
Strong customer focus and ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
Advanced English.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience leading indirect sales channels or channel partnerships in dynamic environments.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to influence at multiple organizational levels.
High level of proactivity, innovation, and results orientation.
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
Project management skills including planning, resource allocation, and execution.
