About the role
We are looking for a young, ambitious engineer who wants to grow into a leadership position.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who enjoys solving problems, coordinating activities, and working closely with different teams. You do not need previous experience as an Operations Coordinator—we will provide training and a structured learning path.
After the onboarding period, you will gradually take ownership of daily operations and eventually lead a team of approximately 10 people.
This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who aspire to become future Operations Leaders.
What will you do?
- Coordinate and support daily operational activities.
- Monitor incidents and ensure timely resolution.
- Prioritize tasks based on business impact.
- Follow KPIs and SLA commitments.
- Collaborate with NOC, DevOps and Commercial teams.
- Identify operational risks and propose improvements.
- Participate in on-call rotations and critical incident management.
- Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Develop leadership skills while working alongside experienced managers.
What are we looking for?Required
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Systems, Robotics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related).
✅ 2+ years of experience in technical support, IT operations, NOC, infrastructure, DevOps support, or incident management.
✅ Experience handling incidents and working with ticketing tools.
✅ Knowledge of:
- Linux
- TCP/IP networking
- Basic Bash or Python scripting
- Databases
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
✅ English B2+ (must be comfortable interacting with international customers).
