ERP & Supply Chain Coordinator (Sage X3)

Position Summary
The ERP & Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in the successful startup and growth of our manufacturing operation in Querétaro.
This position will be responsible for supporting and developing the site's ERP (Sage X3) processes, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating purchasing activities, maintaining inventory integrity, and supporting production and logistics operations.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Canadian operations and will receive hands-on training within an existing manufacturing facility to learn our systems, processes, and best practices.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys building processes, solving problems, and contributing directly to the growth of a manufacturing operation.
Important
This is a 100% on-site position based at our manufacturing facility located in Parque Industrial Puerta Querétaro, El Marqués, Querétaro.
Daily presence at the plant is required. This role works closely with production, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, suppliers, and management teams and cannot be performed remotely or in a hybrid arrangement.
Candidates should carefully consider their daily commuting time before applying.

Key Responsibilities
ERP (Sage X3) Administration
- Create and maintain item masters, bills of materials, suppliers, and operational data within Sage X3.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the system.
- Coordinate with Canadian operations regarding ERP standards and best practices.
- Act as the local key user for Sage X3.
Purchasing & Supplier Management
- Generate and manage purchase orders within Sage X3.
- Support procurement activities for production materials, indirect materials, CAPEX, and OPEX purchases.
- Coordinate supplier onboarding and qualification processes.
- Monitor purchasing activities and follow up on deliveries.
Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Maintain inventory accuracy within Sage X3.
- Coordinate material receipts and inventory transactions.
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation activities.
- Ensure traceability of raw materials and finished goods.
Production & Logistics Coordination
- Support production planning activities.
- Coordinate material availability for manufacturing operations.
- Monitor customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Support shipping documentation and logistics processes.
- Coordinate documentation required for transportation and deliveries, including Carta Porte and related records.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Develop reports and operational KPIs.
- Support implementation of best practices across supply chain and ERP activities.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience in ERP, supply chain, purchasing, inventory control, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems is required.
- Experience with Sage X3 is an advantage but not mandatory.
Technical Skills
- ERP systems experience (Sage X3, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
