We are looking for a professional with solid experience in warehouse and logistics operations to lead the overall management of the area, ensuring the efficient flow of materials from raw material receiving to finished goods dispatch.
This position will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity, timely material availability for production, inventory accuracy, and compliance with quality, safety, and applicable regulatory standards. In addition, this role will play a key part in optimizing logistics processes, controlling inventory, and coordinating with different internal areas to support an efficient operation aligned with business needs.
The selected candidate will also be responsible for supervising and leading the warehouse team, promoting an organized, safe, and results-oriented operation.

Lead the daily warehouse operation, ensuring order, efficiency, and compliance with procedures.

Coordinate the flow of materials from receiving to storage, material supply to production, and finished goods shipment.

Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, components, packaging materials, and indirect supplies to avoid production interruptions.

Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, physical inventories, variance tracking, and corrective actions.

Ensure compliance with inventory control practices such as FIFO, traceability, lot control, shelf-life monitoring, and material segregation.

Identify improvement opportunities in warehouse operations, including layout, space utilization, logistics flows, and overall operational efficiency.

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing processes and reducing costs.

Coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Quality, and external suppliers to maintain operational continuity.

Prepare and monitor operational reports, warehouse performance indicators, inventory status, and improvement projects.

Supervise the correct packing, labeling, palletizing, and shipment of materials and finished goods according to established procedures.

Lead, develop, and monitor the performance of the warehouse team.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and regulatory requirements applicable to the role.
Education & Experience
-
Proven experience in warehouse supervision and logistics operations.
-
Experience managing inventory, material flow, and warehouse operational control.

Experience working on continuous improvement projects, ideally in Lean Manufacturing environments.

Knowledge of materials strategy, warehouse performance, and inventory management.
Technical Knowledge
-
Advanced SAP skills, especially in logistics and inventory-related modules (highly preferred).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Solid understanding of inventory control, traceability, material rotation, and warehouse processes.
Language

Advanced English proficiency (professional working level, both verbal and written), as the role will interact with international stakeholders.
