Lead process optimization initiatives including layout improvements, material flow optimization, labor utilization, and productivity improvements.
Support the design and implementation of tooling, fixtures, dies, and manufacturing equipment improvements.
Lead process risk assessments, PFMEA activities, root cause investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational performance.
Audit process adherence and ensure long-term process stability through standardization and operational discipline.
What skills will help you succeed?

Experience performing time studies, labor balancing, layout optimization, and material flow analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
