You will combine UX/UI expertise with content strategy and data analysis to continuously improve the site experience. You will track free search sources to understand how sellers discover the site, then optimize every touchpoint from first click to completed registration.
To succeed, you will need to think like a designer, write like a marketer, and measure like an analyst, all while collaborating across a diverse set of internal teams.
Core Responsibilities

Free Search Source Tracking: Monitor organic traffic performance across Google and AI-powered search surfaces. Identify keyword opportunities, track ranking changes, and coordinate content updates to maximize discoverability without paid spend.
Conversion Optimization: Own the visitor-to-registration funnel. Design and run A/B tests on layouts, copy, and CTAs. Analyze drop-off points, recommend improvements backed by data, and report on conversion metrics to leadership.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate daily with Program Managers, Product Managers, and Commercial teams. Translate business priorities, new program launches, and policy changes into user-friendly site content within rapid turnaround cycles.
Performance Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards that track organic traffic, conversion rates, content freshness, and page experience scores. Deliver monthly insights to stakeholders with clear recommendations for next steps.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
A strong UX/UI foundation: experience with wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
A true hands-on approach to content creation and site management, comfortable rolling up your sleeves in the CMS daily.
The ability to translate complex business and program information into simple, action-oriented content that converts.
A data-driven mindset: comfort defining KPIs, running experiments, interpreting analytics, and presenting results.
Strong internal customer service focus, able to interface at all levels of the organization, from operational teams to senior leadership.
A solutions-oriented approach: comfortable identifying problems and driving appropriate fixes without waiting for direction.
Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
