The Associate Desgin Engineer supports residential engineering projects by delivering accurate and timely product design documentation. Translates engineering requirements into CAD models, drawings, BOMs, and technical records. Contributes to product improvements, cost reduction, quality initiatives, and manufacturing support, while building expertise in residential HVAC products and design standards.
As an Associate Desing Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Create and update 3D models, engineering drawings, Bills of Materials, and technical documentation for Residential HVAC products.

Support Engineering Change Notices and product definition activities by following established processes and design standards.

Execute defined design assignments under the guidance of senior engineers or technical leads.

Verify dimensions, materials, tolerances, and documentation for accuracy and manufacturability.

Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and other functions to address assigned technical issues.

As a minimum you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related engineering field.

Previous experience through an internship, co-op assignment, or up to two years of professional experience in mechanical design, product design, or a design engineering team.

Basic experience with 3D CAD software, engineering drawings, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical design principles.

Professional working proficiency in English, with the ability to participate in technical meetings and communicate with global engineering teams.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to follow engineering standards and documented processes.
