We are AllView, a rapidly growing real estate and home services platform headquartered in Newport Beach, California.
We are not looking for someone to "manage our IT". This is not a "prompt engineer" role. This is not a "build a chatbot" role.
This is a build-the-machine role.
We are looking for a highly capable builder who can architect, develop, and deploy AI-powered systems that fundamentally transform how our company operates. You will work directly with the CEO to identify opportunities, architect solutions, build systems, and execute rapidly. You will have tremendous autonomy. You will also have tremendous accountability.

Today, our ecosystem includes property management, residential brokerage, investment & syndication, construction & home services, and consulting. Tomorrow, it will include title, escrow, insurance, development, and additional technology-enabled real estate businesses.
We are not interested in becoming another traditional real estate company. We are building a technology-enabled operating platform that happens to serve real estate. Artificial Intelligence will become deeply embedded into every division of our business.
Build AI into everything AllView does.
Not theoretically. Not eventually. Actually build it.
This means identifying repetitive processes, operational bottlenecks, communication workflows, decision-making systems, and customer experiences that can be improved through AI and automation.

First 30 Days: Learn the business, map major workflows, identify the highest-impact AI opportunities, and present an AI architecture roadmap.

First 90 Days: Produce measurable operational impact. You will deliver meaningful AI integrations into core operations, such as lease renewal automation, maintenance triage systems, an internal knowledge assistant, and workflow automation across AppFolio, ShowMojo, and Google Workspace.

First 12 Months: Deploy an enterprise AI architecture and integrate AI into every major business division. You will drive a significant reduction in manual administrative work and establish the foundation for future technology products and services.

Operations & Leasing: Automate lease renewals, build owner communication systems, create automated leasing updates, and develop market rent analysis intelligence.

Maintenance: Deploy AI maintenance triage, voice AI intake systems, SMS-based maintenance assistants, and vendor coordination automation.

Knowledge Management: Build an internal AI assistant for SOP search, policy guidance, and organizational knowledge management.

Sales & Marketing: Engineer CRM automation, AI-assisted sales workflows, lead qualification systems, and customer intelligence tools.

Architecture & Development: Design the company's long-term AI strategy, build scalable technology infrastructure, deploy AI-powered applications, and implement APIs and automation frameworks.

Systems Integration: Connect current systems—including AppFolio, ShowMojo, Google Workspace, Dialpad, and CRM platforms—into a cohesive operating environment.

Data & Security: Build enterprise-grade systems, protect client and company data, maintain strict security standards, and design private AI environments where appropriate.

You have 5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development capability.

You possess strong production AI implementation experience, API integration experience, and cloud infrastructure experience.

You can translate operational problems into technical solutions and think like an owner.

We care more about what you've built than degrees or certifications. You must be able to show real examples of AI systems you personally built and automations you personally deployed.
Preferred but not required: Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or startups. Familiarity with EOS and experience leading technical teams.
The right person is curious, resourceful, entrepreneurial, and highly accountable. You are comfortable moving quickly through ambiguity. You are a direct communicator with low ego and high ownership.
You don't need to be told what to do. You need to figure out what should be done.

The potential structure includes a competitive base salary, a performance-based bonus, a long-term incentive plan, and a future CTO growth path.

The pay range for this role is:
