Job Description
End-to-End Process Management Oversee the entire I2C cycle: billing/invoicing, credit approvals, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application. Ensure timely and accurate customer billing and cash posting. Monitor accounts receivable aging and drive initiatives to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding). 2. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and mentor a team of I2C professionals including team leads and process associates. Define clear KPIs, monitor team performance, and conduct regular reviews. Build team capabilities through training and professional development plans. 3. Service Delivery Excellence Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently met across all I2C functions. Conduct regular operational reviews and governance meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the escalation point for service issues or complex customer concerns. 4. Stakeholder & Customer Relationship Management Serve as the main point of contact for finance leaders, sales teams, and clients for I2C-related matters. Work closely with customers to resolve payment disputes, improve collections, and strengthen relationships. Collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure accurate and timely dispute resolution. 5. Process Improvement & Automation Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the I2C process and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Implement automation tools (e.g., RPA, OCR, AI) to streamline workflows and improve accuracy. Standardize processes across regions or business units wherever feasible. 6. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with internal policies, SOX requirements, and external regulations. Maintain strong controls around revenue recognition, credit risk, and customer master data. Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and responses. 7. Reporting & Analytics Track and report I2C performance metrics, including collections efficiency, bad debt, unapplied cash, and DSO. Provide insights and data analysis to finance leadership to support decision-making. Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring. 8. Credit Management & Collections Strategy Oversee customer credit evaluation and limit assignment processes. Implement effective collections strategies to optimize working capital and minimize write-offs. Drive recovery actions for delinquent accounts, including legal or third-party involvement if necessary.
