Are you ready to drive financial precision and optimize supply chain efficiency for a world-class global organization? As a Logistic Deduction Analyst, you will serve as the strategic owner of customer logistics deductions, managing a high-volume portfolio and protecting the company from financial leakage. Reporting directly to the Junior Logistic Deductions Team Lead, you will partner closely with Customer Development, Supply Chain, and local Credit-to-Cash teams to research customer claims, validate compliance, and recover unauthorized deductions. By connecting technical automated solutions with financial analysis, you will directly influence root-cause resolution, minimize customer disputes, and help streamline our end-to-end operational processes.
Deduction Management & Validation: Monitor, review, and validate high-volume logistics deductions (including shortages and vendor compliance claims) to determine validity, clear credit notes, and resolve open items.
Dispute Resolution & Collections: Prepare comprehensive logistics deduction claim packages and aggressively partner with customers, portals, and collections teams to recover invalid past-due balances.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Alliance, Supply Chain, and local commercial teams to secure missing deduction documentation and align on financial adjustments.
Automation & Continuous Improvement: Serve as the main point of contact for Credit-to-Cash automation initiatives, overseeing the design, development, maintenance, and resource coordination of automated tools (such as RPA bots and scripts).
Financial Performance Reporting: Lead month-end metrics and reporting processes, analyzing dispute statuses and key performance indicators (KPIs) to prevent negative impacts on bad debt reserves.
Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed customer logistics evaluations utilizing financial documentation and payment histories to isolate operational root causes and recommend strategies to minimize future claims.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in finance, logistics, or administrative business areas.
Language Skills: Fluent verbal and written communication proficiency in English.
Technical Automation Experience: Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience developing automated solutions utilizing programming languages or platforms such as SAP Scripting, UiPath, VBA, Google Apps Script, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
Core Systems Knowledge: Demonstrated proficiency with enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and standard office productivity suites.
Domain Expertise: Prior professional experience operating within Credit-to-Cash (C2C) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processing environments.
Industry Background: Experience executing process analysis or financial analysis within a global Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or fast-moving consumer goods environment.
Project Management Skills: Familiarity with IT solution requirements gathering, process mapping, and working directly with software interfaces (like OCR technologies).
Soft Skills & Leadership: Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial disputes into actionable narratives, coupled with a self-directed problem-solving mindset.
