Join our team as a PIE Engineer (Process Engineer)!
What will you do? (Responsibilities)
- Lead process development and validation activities for new product introductions (NPI).
- Design, document, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for electronic products.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, control plans, PFMEAs, and production reports.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and line balancing.
- Evaluate manufacturing capacity and establish standard labor times.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and cross-functional teams to improve yield and reduce defects.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through process optimization and automation proposals.
- Define packaging requirements and maintain BOM-related process information.
- Train production personnel on standardized work methods and best practices.
- Provide technical support during pilot runs and mass production stages.
- Promote compliance with safety standards, 5S practices, and proper use of PPE.
What are we looking for? (Profile)
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Robotic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Process Engineering (PIE) within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Experience with PCBA manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards.
- Strong background in continuous improvement and project management.
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Familiarity with systems such as SAP, OA, or Teamcenter (TC) is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive mindset focused on results.
