We’re seeking a collaborative and results-driven Senior UIM Development Consultant to join our telecoms team. This role focuses on defining and configuring data models and network/service topologies within the UIM network inventory, developing Custom Specifications and Cartridges, and enabling seamless integrations across OSS/BSS ecosystems. - Define and configure data models and network/service topologies in the UIM network inventory, with hands-on work on versions 7.6, 7.7, and 7.8.
- Develop Custom Specifications, Entity Specifications, Characteristics, and Cartridge Development to support sophisticated service configurations.
- Implement web services (SOAP/REST) via native APIs and Open API TFMs for integrations with OSM, activation, and external systems.
- Analyze and resolve incidents and defects in OSM environments, driving root-cause analyses and effective remediation.
- Model network technologies and services for B2C and B2B, including MPLS, Metro Ethernet, Fiber, GPON, DWDM, IPRAN, and Mobile 4G/5G.
- Administer cartridge versions and deployments across development, testing, and production on Cloud/Kubernetes.
- Integrate with external sources, databases, and middleware (WebLogic, OSB, SOA Suite, Kafka, etc.).
- Collaborate on OSS/BSS service integrations, TMF Open API standards, and DevOps deployment practices.
- Manage Cloud Network services and work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact results.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years defining/configuring UIM data models and network/service topologies (versions 7.6/7.7/7.8). At least 3 years of developing Custom
- Specifications, Entity Specifications, Characteristics, and Cartridge Development. At least 3 years implementing web services (SOAP/REST) via native APIs and Open API
- TFM for integrations with OSM, activation, and external systems. At least 2 years diagnosing and resolving incidents/defects in OSM environments.
- Knowledge: Modeling network technologies and services for B2C/B2B (MPLS, Metro Ethernet, Fiber, GPON, DWDM, IPRAN, Mobile 4G/5G). Cartridge version/deployment administration across development/testing/production on Cloud/Kubernetes. Integration with external sources, databases, and middleware (WebLogic, OSB, SOA Suite, Kafka, etc.).
- Telecommunication services, TMF Open API standards, OSS/BSS integrations, and DevOps practices. Cloud Network services expertise.
- Skills: Clear communication, teamwork, creativity, adaptability, problem-solving, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Languages: Advanced English.
- Education: Engineering degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

- Remote work in Mexico as a contractor for 6 months, with the option to extend for an additional period.
