As an Automotive Seating Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vehicle cabin experience. You will own the design, development, integration, and release of complete seating systems, directly impacting customer comfort, safety, and craftsmanship. In this collaborative role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and global suppliers to bring innovative seating solutions from initial concept to physical production, ensuring our vehicles deliver world-class quality on time. .

You'll have...
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: Typically 3+ years of experience in automotive product development, engineering, or a related manufacturing field.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong working relationships across diverse teams and supplier networks.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel to assembly plants, testing facilities, and supplier sites to support key program milestones.
Even better, you may have...
- Prior experience specifically with automotive seating systems or interior components.
- Proven understanding of the automotive product development lifecycle, including hands-on vehicle launch experience.
Experience identifying and resolving complex system-level issues using data-driven methodologies (e.g., 8D, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA).
