Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: profile scoping, job posting, competency-based interviews, and candidate and client follow-up.

Identify talent for key positions: middle management, managerial, and executive levels.

Perform competency assessments: from designing interviews, tests, and psychometric evaluations to conducting reference checks and coordinating with internal departments.

Provide strategic advice to clients regarding the labor market, profile adjustments, and attraction strategies.

Engage with, manage, and report to international stakeholders.

6 months of experience recruiting for managerial or executive positions - if you come from a different role and you are looking for a new professional branch to develop, apply!
