- Manage a portfolio of accounts receivable for an assigned territory
- Contact customers to secure payment commitments and follow up on payment status
- Investigate reasons for non-payment and escalate issues when necessary
- Serve as a liaison between customers, sales, and service teams to resolve disputes and initiate credit memos as needed
- Contact customers to resolve past due balances prior to order release
- Secure purchase orders from customers when required
- Prepare and support accounts receivable and collections reporting and analysis
- Process electronic invoicing for customer accounts
- Perform account reconciliations, provide supporting documentation, and submit refund requests or tie-offs to resolve account discrepancies
- Review account status, obtain payment commitments, and document all relevant activity within internal systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data entry and account maintenance activities
- Excellent customer service and customer-oriented communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Fluent English communication skills, including advanced written English
- 2+ years of relevant accounts receivable or collections experience
- High school diploma preferred
- Additional education or equivalent work experience considered a plus
