Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned Business Development Sales Representatives to help fuel growth by broadening our network of healthcare partners and referral sources. This role is ideal for those who excel in a fast‑moving environment and have a genuine interest in the healthcare field.
Key Duties
- Seek out and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and community groups.
- Create and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key influencers and decision‑makers in the healthcare industry.
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent Everest Peak at industry gatherings, conferences, and networking functions.
- Gather market intelligence and conduct competitor analysis to improve sales approaches.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of demonstrated success in business development or sales, ideally within healthcare, home health, or a similar sector.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proactive and self‑directed, with a documented history of reaching or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep familiarity with the Los Angeles healthcare landscape.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
Preferred Skills
- An existing roster of healthcare contacts (e.g., physicians, case managers, hospital systems).
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Knowledge of home health regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary determined by experience.
