Job Description
Title of the Position: Process Engineer Intern
- Location: Mexico City General Offices
- Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
- Profile: Active college student or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
- Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges to9,000mxn to18,000 mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
- Duration: 12-18 months.
- Qualifications: Graduation date must be between June 2027 and December 2027. English Advanced.

- About the role:
As a Process Engineer Intern, you will support and develop efficiency projects aligned with the Operational Strategy to improve manufacturing processes, focusing on material utilization, reducing process variability, and ensuring adherence to GMP and manufacturing standards to decrease quality defects and scrap.
- Some of your tasks will be:

Ensure execution of processes following Internal Controls, Safety, and QA Basic Standards.

Support investigations related to process failures in executed projects.

Acquire technical mastery of manufacturing technology, equipment, and process transformations.

Learn about PR measure definitions, manufacturing standards (GMPs, PR SWP, DMS), and maintain a zero-loss mentality.

Deliver operational projects to improve efficiency based on Loss Map analysis.

Contribute to manufacturing scope responses when assigned.

Ensure line availability and effectiveness of improvement plans to meet service targets.

Participate in and deliver IWS+ / GSUM+ trainings.

Support knowledge transfer to packing lines and multidisciplinary teams.
