The Social Media & Online Presence Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and improving the firm’s online presence. This includes planning and posting content, creating short-form videos, writing captions, managing social media profiles, updating Google Business Profile, assisting with reviews, and supporting basic local SEO efforts.
The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, comfortable with social media trends, and able to turn legal topics into simple, engaging, and professional content. Because this is a law firm, the candidate must have good judgment, respect for client confidentiality, and understand that all legal content must be reviewed and approved before posting.
We are looking for someone who can help present our law firm as professional, trustworthy, approachable, and connected to the community.

This position is remote in Mexico
Compensation:
$7 - $8 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Manage the firm’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other online profiles

Create and maintain a monthly social media content calendar

Create, edit, and schedule short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

Write captions, hooks, hashtags, calls to action, and simple social media scripts

Create educational, community-based, behind-the-scenes, and brand-building content
-
Turn legal topics into simple, easy-to-understand social media content
-
Edit videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Instagram Reels, or TikTok editor

Create basic graphics, carousels, stories, and posts using Canva or similar tools
-
Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual style, and professional image across all platforms
-
Update Google Business Profile with accurate business information, photos, posts, services, office hours, and announcements

Assist with Google review monitoring and professional review responses

Support basic local SEO efforts, including local keywords, Google Business Profile optimization, and consistent business information online

Help maintain accurate name, address, phone number, website, services, and office hours across online platforms

Monitor comments and direct messages on social media platforms

Route potential client inquiries to the proper intake process

Avoid giving legal advice in comments or direct messages

Track basic analytics, including reach, engagement, video views, profile visits, website clicks, Google profile activity, calls, and inquiries

Provide simple monthly reports on what content and platforms are performing best

Coordinate with attorneys and staff to collect content ideas, videos, photos, and announcements

Ensure all content is professional, accurate, confidential, and approved before posting
Qualifications:-
Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video content

Strong video editing skills for Reels, TikToks, Facebook videos, and YouTube Shorts

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, and similar tools

Experience with Google Business Profile / Google My Business preferred

Basic understanding of local SEO, online visibility, and Google profile optimization preferred

Strong writing skills for captions, hooks, scripts, posts, and simple educational content

Ability to make complex topics easy to understand

Good judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality

Organized, reliable, and able to manage a monthly content calendar independently

Comfortable working remotely (and stable remote working environment) and communicating with a team

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Law firm or professional-services marketing experience is a plus
