Responsibilities
- Manage and coach appointment-setting agents
- Monitor daily performance metrics and KPIs
- Train new team members and improve call quality
- Oversee dialer operations and lead distribution
- Track appointments and reporting
- Help improve team efficiency and appointment conversion rates
Requirements
- Previous call center management experience
- Experience with outbound appointment setting
- Familiarity with predictive dialers and CRM systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- English proficiency required
