What You’ll Do
As a Client & Partner Support Intern, you will support the Client & Partner Support Department by ensuring accurate data management, assisting with client and partner interactions, and learning how to deliver customer experience excellence (CX) in every task. This role provides hands-on exposure to operational excellence, communication standards, and internal collaboration—preparing you for future roles in client support, operations, or data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Support client and partner communications via phone, chat, and email, applying active listening, empathy, and problem-solving standards
- Assist with accurate data entry, updates, verification, and documentation across HubSpot, CSR, and internal systems
- Guide clients through mail handling, billing inquiries, and account updates
- Conduct database audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and quality standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and support CX initiatives
- Participate in team meetings, CX training modules, and contribute to high CES/CSAT and retention goals
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Operations, Communications, Analytics, or a related field
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A strong written and verbal communicator with high fluency in English (C1, C2, or native)
- Proactive, accountable, and dependable when managing tasks and follow-ups
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams
- Interested in customer experience, operations, support, or data-focused roles
Preferred (but not required)
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, or operations
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
