POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Sales Support is responsible for supporting and coordinating units business operations in Mexico, ensuring efficient order management, dealer support, and alignment between commercial, logistics, and customer service teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining service levels, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing dealer experience.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Manage and support the end-to-end order-to-delivery process for the business in Mexico.
Act as the main point of contact for dealers regarding order status, availability, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Logistics, Demand Planning, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor order backlog, allocation, and shipment priorities to meet monthly targets and service levels.
Identify and resolve operational issues impacting order fulfillment and dealer satisfaction.
Ensure accurate system updates and data integrity in ERP systems (such as SAP).
Support monthly closing activities by tracking shipments and ensuring alignment with sales targets.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across LATAM.
Provide visibility and communication to stakeholders regarding risks, delays, and performance .
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Strong understanding of units and PA&A business and order-to-delivery processes.
Ability to manage complexity and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (dealers and internal teams).
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and drive improvements.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
High level of ownership and accountability.
Advanced knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Advanced English.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Operations.
Experience working with dealers or distribution networks is a strong plus.
