Lead prospecting efforts to identify, engage, and win new Communications Service Provider (CSP) customers across Mexico.
Build, develop, and manage executive relationships with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
Own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting and opportunity creation through qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
Develop and execute territory plans designed to generate sustainable pipeline growth and achieve revenue objectives.
Partner closely with Marketing to share market insights, refine messaging, and support targeted go-to-market initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Delivery, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful pre-sales engagements and deal execution.
Work with Legal and Commercial teams to drive contracting, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and opportunity management through consistent CRM discipline.
Track and manage Purchase Orders, Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Requests (CRs), and associated contractual documentation.
Represent LotusFlare at customer meetings, industry events, and telecom conferences across Mexico and, when appropriate, Latin America.
Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy.
7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, consulting, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience selling telecom BSS platforms, digital transformation solutions, or BSS software products.
Strong understanding of the Mexican telecommunications market and telecom BSS domain.
Proven experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software sales cycles.
Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Experience working with at least one major telecommunications operator in Mexico, such as:
Existing executive relationships within the Mexican telecom ecosystem are highly desirable.
Proven ability to independently develop, manage, and expand strategic customer relationships.
Experience structuring commercial agreements, negotiating contracts, and managing procurement processes.
Strong collaboration experience with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Inside Sales teams to generate and convert pipeline opportunities.
Ability to work closely with Product and Solutions teams to align customer requirements with LotusFlare's capabilities and roadmap.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Capable of leading product demonstrations, executive presentations, workshops, and responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to travel within Mexico as required.
Experience selling SaaS solutions into Tier 1 telecom operators.
Experience working across Latin America and understanding regional telecom dynamics.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, digital commerce platforms, customer engagement solutions, and monetisation technologies.
Experience collaborating with global and geographically distributed teams.
