We are looking for a Senior Embedded Software Developer to design, codify, configure, unit test and document software for the functionality implementation of Automotive Gateway ECUs, among others.
Main Responsibilities

Produce high quality, efficient and maintainable code to implement innovative solutions and integrate on automotive platforms
-
Work according to Agile methodology (Scrum), including performing code reviews, design reviews, testing and writing documentation;
-
Analyze high-level requirements and translate these into detailed specifications and designs;
-
Propose innovative solutions to technical issues and communicate with the team to collaborate accordingly;
-
Write unit test code, structures, and scripts and support the testers with identifying and solving test issues.

Coordinate with global team members in order to meet OEM deliverables.

Support technically to global team members.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Software or equivalent.
-
8+ years of experience writing low level embedded software in C language, compilers/linkers
-
8+ years of experience using debuggers (iSystem, Lauterbach, etc)
-
8+ years of experience using Configuration and Change Management tools (Integrity, ClearCase, Synergy, Git, JIRA, etc.)
-
Strong experience with diagnostic communication protocols such as UDS, OBD, J1939, J1699, J1979, among others.
-
Experience with CAN / CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, among others.
-
5+ years of experience with verification / validation tools (Vector CANoe, Intrepid Vehicle Spy or equivalent and its extensions for Ethernet and diagnostics)
-
Knowledge of ASPICE, MISRA, FSM, CyberSecurity applied to SW development.

Practical knowledge of AUTOSAR.

Experience with Flash Bootloaders

Proficient in English language (written and spoken), able to effectively communicate with a global team in English.

Experience in collaborating with international and cross divisional teams.
-
Knowledge of scripting languages such as python, perl, etc.

Familiarity with test environments and testing methods.
