The HR Manager Operations partners closely with plant and department leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. This role ensures compliance with labor regulations, manages employee relations including union negotiations, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and oversees critical HR systems and programs to support a high-performing and engaged workforce.

What You Will Do
- Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with plant and department leaders to understand business strategies and translate them into effective HR strategies. Deliver tailored HR solutions that support organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Regulatory Compliance & Corporate Social Responsibility: Ensure site compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) requirements, including Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards. Lead audits, verifications, and reporting activities with Federal labor authorities such as STPS, IMSS, and INM.
- Payroll Partnership: Partner with the Payroll team to guarantee accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing, minimizing company exposure and avoiding unnecessary administrative costs.
- Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Lead ongoing HR function improvements, change management, and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with the HR Solutions team to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Employee Relations & Compliance: Coordinate with Employee Relations and Compliance teams to proactively address and resolve workplace issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Follows up with legal counsel labor lawsuits and conciliations strategies.

Union Relations & Collective Bargaining: Maintain productive relationships with union representatives and manage the annual Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) negotiations to foster positive labor relations.

HR Systems Management: Oversee accurate tracking and reporting through Time & Attendance and myHR systems. Lead special projects such as implementing new Time & Attendance systems and other HRIS enhancements to improve data accuracy and operational effectiveness.

Employee Communications: Develop and execute clear, consistent employee communication strategies to ensure transparency and engagement across the organization.

Employee Mobility Support: Provide support for employee relocations and mobility needs, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with internal policies.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize HR data analytics to provide insights that support strategic business decisions and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong, collaborative relationships with leverage capability teams across Mexico, North America, and global locations to share best practices and drive HR excellence.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor's degree / professional qualification.
- Preferred: Master's degree.
- Work Experience:10+ years of experience in a HR managerial position or Managerial role in Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.) with multinational manufacturing industry.
- Preferred: 10+ years in electronics or automotive industry
- Language: Full English command.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Scope: Reports to the SR HR Director and this role supports the entire operation in Molex Guad 1 (HC = +6,000 EEs).
