We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, self‑driven Full Stack Developer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and loves building modern, scalable applications. What You’ll Do
•
Build and maintain full‑stack applications using Angular, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
•
Design and deploy cloud‑native solutions on AWS
•
Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and event‑driven components
•
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (architecture, DevOps, QA, product)
•
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
•
Write clean, maintainable, well‑tested code
•
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning
•
Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement
Must‑Have Skills (Core Requirements)
Experience Level: 6–8 years
Frontend
•
Strong experience with Angular (modern versions)
•
Solid understanding of responsive UI, component‑based architecture, and state management
Backend
•
Expertise in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or similar frameworks)
•
Experience building scalable APIs and microservices
Database
•
Strong SQL skills
•
Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL
Cloud
•
Professional experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.)
Nice‑to‑Have Skills (Bonus Points)
