The Marketing Specialist I will play a key role in executing trade shows and events, digital marketing campaigns, marketing automation programs, lead management activities, and content localization efforts that support customer engagement, demand generation, and business growth. This position works closely with sales, product management, engineering, and regional marketing teams to ensure effective marketing execution and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of regional trade shows, customer seminars, webinars, and industry events, including logistics, promotional materials, and lead management activities.
Coordinate event promotion and post-event follow-up efforts in partnership with sales teams to maximize customer engagement and business opportunities.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing programs, and marketing automation workflows.
Support audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and optimization efforts through performance monitoring and data analysis.
Create, update, translate, and localize customer-facing content, including emails, landing pages, web content, and digital marketing assets.
Build and maintain landing pages and web forms, ensuring effective integration with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Support lead tracking, routing, and lifecycle management processes to ensure accurate data and effective lead conversion.
Monitor and report on campaign, lead, and event performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment, technical accuracy, and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Support regional marketing activities across Mexico, Brazil, and North America, contributing to customer engagement, demand generation, and business growth.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or technical marketing environments.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar tools.
Brazilian Portuguese language skills.

This position is based in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
The role supports marketing activities across Mexico, with opportunities to collaborate on initiatives throughout Brazil and North America.
The position operates within a highly collaborative, matrixed global organization.
