YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Standardize procedures and WI for Sort and Rework
Standardize procedures and WI for quarantines
Standardize procedures and WI for Vehicles and RTX receiving for release until this disappears
Standardize S&R zone
Standardize trainings for inspectors
CONTRIBUTIONS FOR THE AREA:
Stabilize migrating Incoming team members by implementing a structured transition plan and standardizing new procedures via documented Work
Instructions (WI) to foster confidence, competence, and clarity in their new roles. This approach ensures continuity, reduces burnout, and standardizes the emerging area.

EDUCATION / CARRERS:
Bachelor: Currently studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, among others.

English advanced (Min. 80%)
