This role is ideal for a people-first engineering leader who thrives in modern, cloud-native environments and enjoys partnering across Product, Design, and the business to turn vision into execution.

7+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing multiple teams and product areas

Proven experience leading teams in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Strong background in Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation

Experience working with remote-first and globally distributed teams

Track record of delivering enterprise-grade systems in regulated environments (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA)

Ability to define technical direction and align engineering execution with business outcomes

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Passion for building high-talent, high-accountability engineering cultures

Experience managing offshore or nearshore teams

Hands-on familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, GitHub

Experience driving platform modernization, automation, or technical debt reduction

Comfort using engineering metrics and KPIs to guide decisions

Prior experience spanning both cloud and on‑prem environments

Lead 1–2 product areas with 10–15 engineers across multiple teams

Partner with Product, Design, and Architecture on roadmaps and delivery

Drive operational excellence: availability, reliability, and incident response
