Job Objective:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, ownership mentality, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams while working independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Build and enhance custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other platform technologies.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Create and optimize automation processes using Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows, and asynchronous Apex processing.
Maintain and support legacy Visualforce pages while contributing to modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with product managers, administrators, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term scalable fixes.
Optimize platform performance, data architecture, and code quality following Salesforce best practices.
Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and architecture discussions.
Manage deployments and contribute to CI/CD processes using Git and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce DX.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, and Role Hierarchies.
Stay up to date with Salesforce platform releases, features, and emerging technologies.
Core Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven experience designing and maintaining complex custom Salesforce solutions
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, scalability, and best practices
Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote/global team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: $60,000 to $80,000 MXN Net Monthly
