We're seeking a Lead Python Full Stack Engineer who brings deep backend expertise in Python along with strong frontend skills in React or Angular. The right candidate will confidently operate across the entire stack, lead engineering teams, and drive the design and delivery of scalable, maintainable web applications.
Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend frameworks

Architect backend services, APIs, and integrations with a focus on scalability and resilience

Define standards for responsive, maintainable frontend components and oversee their implementation

Own decisions around databases, cloud services, and deployment pipelines
-
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to shape technical direction
-
Drive technical design sessions, lead code reviews, and facilitate architecture discussions
-
Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence within the team
-
Ensure long-term code quality, application performance, and maintainability across projects

Take ownership of delivery, identify risks early, and propose effective solutions
Requirements
-
5+ years of hands-on experience with Python
-
At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience

Strong expertise with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
-
Solid working knowledge of React or Angular
-
Deep understanding of REST APIs, web application architecture, and design patterns

Proven experience designing and evolving complex systems

Strong background with relational and NoSQL databases
-
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
-
Practical experience with testing, debugging, and CI/CD practices
-
Experience leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and driving technical initiatives
-
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
-
Ability to operate autonomously and guide others through ambiguity

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2 level

Strong cloud background with AWS, Azure, or GCP

Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments

Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures
