Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Sales Engagement Programs Analyst.
Job Summary
Support the Sales Enablement team with day-to-day operations, including performance metrics tracking, data maintenance across systems and tools, digital tool assignments, and ad hoc LMS requests. Assist Sr Manager, Onboarding, Strategy & Programs in planning, execution and continuous improvement of key Engagement programs such as President’s Club, Golden Ion and Sales Conference that recognize and reward top sellers across NAS, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization in key initiatives. Provide support as needed on NAS strategic leadership metrics and presentations.
Job Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain Sales Enablement internal data related to team performance and metrics.
- Monitor the Sales Enablement mailbox and support issue resolution.
- Update course information as needed and provide troubleshooting assistance for Eaton University course loading and other learning tools.
- Obtain, analyze, and report on digital tool usage data.
- Support North America sales teams by driving initiatives that enhance productivity, engagement, and performance.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale events such as President’s Club and Sales Conferences, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Help execute Golden Ion Awards on an annual basis
- Provide support as needed on NAS strategic leadership metrics and presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, and external vendors to execute strategic enablement programs.
- Design, manage, and analyze surveys and feedback mechanisms to capture insights from participants and stakeholders.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into executive-level summaries and actionable recommendations.
- Develop clear and effective communications and materials for diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment, timely execution, and successful delivery of key initiatives.
- Track program metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the continuous enhancement of enablement efforts.
- Maintain strong organization and attention to detail across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Provide support as needed on NAS strategic leadership metrics and presentations.

Education level required
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or equivalent work experience
Years and area of experience required
3 years of experience in commercial, human resources, sales, service support, or sales administrative support
Technical knowledge
Advanced level of computer knowledge in applicable software packages, Microsoft Office, Power BI desired. Adobe Suite and Eloqua preferrable
