We are a Data Analytics & Strategy team focused on growth, retention, and commercial optimization within a fast-paced tech and delivery ecosystem. Our work combines large-scale transactional, behavioral, and geospatial data to drive high-impact business decisions related to marketing, CRM, promotions, expansion, and strategic partnerships.
The team builds end-to-end analytical solutions using SQL, Python, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools. We work on projects such as:
- Churn prediction and retention modeling
- User segmentation and repurchase analysis
- Promotion and subsidy optimization
- Geospatial coverage and cannibalization analysis
- Forecasting and elasticity modeling
- Executive dashboards and data storytelling
We collaborate closely with business, operations, marketing, and partner teams to transform complex business problems into scalable analytical strategies with measurable impact.
Role Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly analytical and curious intern who is excited about data, business strategy, and technology. This role offers direct exposure to real-world business problems and the opportunity to work with large-scale datasets involving millions of orders and users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Cleaning, validating, and analyzing datasets using Python and pandas
- Supporting retention, repurchase, and promotional performance analyses
- Building visualizations and reports
- Automating analytical processes and reporting pipelines
- Assisting in statistical modeling and predictive analytics projects
- Supporting geospatial and customer segmentation analyses
Role Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Interest in data-driven decision making and business strategy
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL and Python
- Curiosity about statistics, machine learning, and experimentation
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment
