As a Lead Systems Engineer you will lead the systems engineering activities for automotive products and vehicle systems throughout the product development lifecycle. Manage system requirements, architecture, integration, validation, and cross-functional coordination to deliver robust automotive solutions
YOUR TASKS

Serve as the primary technical interface with customers.

Participate in technical discussions with project teams.

Develop system designs in compliance with Automotive SPICE processes.

Make decisions regarding technical and technological solutions for products.

Define system architecture

Analyze customer and stakeholder requirements.
-
Define, develop, and coordinate technical specifications based on stakeholder needs.

Coordinate cross-functional requirements and related actions.
-
Coordinate and monitor the implementation of system specifications.

Clarify and define complex system requirements driven by customers, standards (norms, regulations, safety requirements), and internal guidelines.

Execute tasks within the framework of configuration management.

Define and plan risk management activities for the overall product, including hardware, software, and system components.

Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams.

Track and document KPIs (metrics) related to deliverables and process quality.

Conduct Functional Safety assessments and manage requirements, including development of the Technical Safety Concept.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.

Proven professional experience in system design.
-
Experience in system engineering, including acting as a technical interface with customers.

Strong experience with requirements analysis and management tools.

Knowledge of configuration and change management processes.
-
Strategic mindset with strong organizational skills and adaptability.

Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to drive discussions and resolve open issues across global teams.

Experience working directly with customers.

Advanced proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience using requirement management and/or change management tools (e.g. IBM JAZZ, DOORS, PTC, GIT)

Knowledge of power electronics.
