Strong knowledge of automotive quality management systems, particularly IATF 16949.

Proficiency in Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC

Knowledge and application of Layered Process Audits (LPA).

Experience managing and complying with Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR).

Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Experience using automotive customer portals, such as Tesla, Ford, and others.

Solid understanding of automotive electrical harness manufacturing processes, including: Assembly methods, Inspection processes, Functional and electrical testing

Strong skills in root cause analysis and problem solving, using methodologies such as: 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa (Fishbone Diagram)

Experience conducting internal and external quality audits, both as an auditor and as the responsible party for addressing and closing findings.

Ability to analyze and interpret quality data and KPIs.

Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction KPIs and scorecards, ensuring results remain within targets (green status).

Work closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and other key areas to ensure an aligned and comprehensive response to customer requirements.

Promote continuous improvement in electrical harness manufacturing processes through quality data analysis and customer feedback.

Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, including IATF 16949, CSR, and internal procedures.

Act as the primary point of contact between Versigent and customer quality representatives, maintaining effective and professional communication.
