About the role
We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager (FF&E) to oversee the full lifecycle of procurement, logistics, and installation for our hospitality projects across LATAM, the Caribbean, and EMEA.
This role combines factory coordination, logistics management, and on-site execution, including deliveries to remote and complex locations and last mile delivery.
Key responsibilities-
Oversee FF&E production and conduct quality control at factory level

Manage international logistics, storage, and inventory tracking

Coordinate deliveries, including complex last-mile logistics (remote or hard-to-access locations)

Supervise loading/unloading, equipment, and transport planning

Ensure accurate documentation, dispatch, and receiving processes

Work closely with construction teams on delivery timelines and site readiness

Coordinate and supervise installation teams on-site
What we’re looking for-
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or FF&E

Background in hospitality or high-end residential projects

Experience with factory coordination, QC, and international logistics

Strong understanding of site logistics and installation processes

Ability to manage complex or remote project environments

Fluent English
<h3>Nice to have</h3>

Experience in LATAM (Brazil is a strong plus)

Experience with remote or resort locations (islands, beaches, etc.)
